There is nothing on our side to delete. Thicket has no account, sends nothing anywhere, and stores everything on your device. Uninstalling the app erases all of it. If you would like that confirmed in writing, email kyled@beaconlightinvestments.com and we will answer.
Boards in progress, piece positions, completed-puzzle history, timing statistics, difficulty and appearance settings, the snap radius, and the haptics toggle. All of it is written to the app's own private storage on your device. None of it is transmitted, because the app contains no code capable of making a network request, and we cannot read any of it.
Thicket does not access your photo library, so none of your photographs are involved.
We cannot delete on-device data for you, and this is not a policy choice. The data never leaves your device, so there is nothing on our side to reach in and remove. Uninstalling is the complete and final erasure.
Nothing. Thicket has no analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising, and it makes no network requests. We have no user database, no advertising identifier for you, and no record that you have ever opened the app.
Picture-pack purchase records are held by Apple and Google, not by us. We never receive your payment details. Those records are part of your store account and are governed by Apple's and Google's own policies; we cannot delete them, and a request to us cannot reach them. Contact the store directly.
Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string — which is how the server is operated and secured. They come from your browser, not from the app, and they are not linked to any identity. If you want log entries associated with your IP address removed, email us and say so.
You are welcome to send one, and we would rather answer than have you wonder. Email kyled@beaconlightinvestments.com with the subject line Thicket data deletion request, and say which platform you are on.
We do not ask you to prove your identity, because we hold nothing that identifies you.
If a future version of Thicket adds analytics, crash reporting, or advertising, this page is rewritten with a real deletion procedure before that version ships, alongside the privacy policy and the store disclosures. Nothing starts collecting quietly on an update.
Thicket is for people aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with information, contact us — though as above, there is no route by which the app could have sent us any.
