These terms are between you and Beacon Light Investments ("we", "us"), and govern your use of the Get Puzzled Thicket app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app. It is not intended for and is not directed to children under 13. By using the app you confirm that you are 13 or older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms.
We may terminate access where we learn that a user is under 13.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Thicket on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from.
Thicket offers one-time purchases that unlock additional picture packs permanently. They are not subscriptions and there is no in-app currency. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them under their policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. An unlock applies to this app, on accounts you are signed into with that store, and can be restored with Restore purchases in the app's settings.
Thicket contains no advertising and collects no data about you. If that ever changes, the Privacy Policy is updated before the version that changes it ships, and you are asked in the app before any collection begins.
Thicket does not use your photographs and does not access your photo library. Boards you have in progress and the statistics the app keeps are yours, and they stay on your device.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature. We will not remove a picture pack you have paid for without offering a reasonable remedy.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your country or state of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
