Use the same address, and include the app name, your device model, the operating system version, the app version, and a screenshot if anything looked wrong. Support covers the problems that come up most often — a purchase not appearing, a refund, progress that vanished — and may be faster than waiting for a reply.
Worth reporting every time. Our nonograms are verified solvable by deduction without guessing, sliding boards are verified reachable, tangram figures are verified to decompose, and spot-the-difference pairs are verified to contain exactly the differences we authored. If one gets past those checks, the check is broken and we want to find it. Tell us which puzzle and what you saw.
Same address. Say what you want — access, correction, deletion, export, or objection — and which app. If you are exercising a right under the GDPR, the CCPA, or a similar law, say so and we will treat it on that footing and respond within the statutory period. The Data Deletion Policy explains exactly what we can and cannot delete, and why most of it is already only on your device.
If something is hard to read, hard to hit, or does not work with your assistive technology, that is a defect rather than a feature request. Tell us what you were using — screen reader, larger text, reduced motion, switch control — and what happened.

We cannot issue refunds — those are handled entirely by Apple and Google under their own policies, and we have no access to them. We can help you make the case if a purchase failed because of a bug on our side. Support has the links.
