Data Deletion Policy — Terrazzo

Draft — requires review by counsel before publication. This page is the URL submitted to Google Play as Terrazzo's data deletion request link. It must agree with Terrazzo's Privacy Policy, its Play Data Safety form, and its App Store privacy nutrition label — all of which currently state that no data is collected.

The short version

There is nothing on our side to delete. Terrazzo has no account, sends nothing to us, and stores everything on your device — including any photographs you import. Uninstalling the app erases all of it. If you would like that confirmed in writing, email kyled@beaconlightinvestments.com and we will answer.

1. What Terrazzo stores, and where

Boards in progress and their tile positions, move and undo counts, completed levels, stars, best scores, timing, which free limits your installation has been granted, a local note of whether the unlock has been purchased, your play and appearance settings, and every photograph you have imported — each kept as a square copy the app made when you brought it in.

All of it is written to the app's own private storage on your device. None of it is sent to us: the app has no server of ours to talk to, and it contains no analytics, crash-reporting or advertising library. We cannot read any of it.

2. Deleting it yourself

Delete everything: uninstall the app. On both iOS and Android this removes Terrazzo's entire local store — boards, progress, stars, settings, and every imported photograph.
Delete a photograph without uninstalling: open Free play, choose the picture, and remove it. That deletes the copy the app made and any board still using it. It is the one piece of your own content the app holds, so it is the one the app gives you a control for.
Android only: Settings › Apps › Terrazzo › Storage › Clear storage erases everything the app has stored while keeping it installed.
iOS: there is no per-app "clear storage" control, so deleting the app is the route. Reinstalling gives you an empty app.

We cannot delete on-device data for you, and this is not a policy choice. The data never leaves your device, so there is nothing on our side to reach in and remove. Uninstalling is the complete and final erasure.

3. What we hold about you

Nothing. Terrazzo has no analytics, no crash reporting, and no advertising. We have no user database, no advertising identifier for you, and no record that you have ever opened the app.

4. Purchases

The record of your purchase is held by Apple or Google, not by us. We never receive your payment details. That record is part of your store account and is governed by Apple's and Google's own policies; we cannot delete it, and a request to us cannot reach it. Contact the store directly.

Note that this is what makes a purchase recoverable: uninstalling Terrazzo removes the app's local note of what you own, and Restore purchases brings it back from the store.

5. This website

Our web server keeps ordinary access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string — which is how the server is operated and secured. They come from your browser, not from the app, and they are not linked to any identity. If you want log entries associated with your IP address removed, email us and say so.

6. Making a request anyway

You are welcome to send one, and we would rather answer than have you wonder. Email kyled@beaconlightinvestments.com with the subject line Terrazzo data deletion request, and say which platform you are on.

Acknowledgement: within 5 business days.
Completion: within 30 days. In practice the reply will confirm that we hold nothing to delete and point you at the uninstall step above, unless you have asked about website logs.

We do not ask you to prove your identity, because we hold nothing that identifies you.

7. If this ever changes

Terrazzo ships with no analytics, crash reporting or advertising libraries at all. If a future version added any of them, this page would be rewritten with a real deletion procedure before that version shipped, alongside the privacy policy and the store disclosures. Nothing starts collecting quietly on an update.
