These terms are between you and Beacon Light Investments ("we", "us"), and govern your use of the Get Puzzled Terrazzo app. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Terrazzo on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to the rules of the store you obtained it from.
Terrazzo offers a single one-time purchase, which unlocks the remaining levels of the collection permanently and removes the limit on how many of your own photographs you can bring in. It is not a subscription and there is no in-app currency. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, and refunds are handled by them under their policies — we cannot issue refunds directly. The unlock applies to this app, on accounts you are signed into with that store, and can be restored with Restore purchases in the app's settings.
Part of the level collection is free, as is free play with every bundled picture. The free part is not simply the opening stretch: it includes levels at every board size the app ships, so the largest boards are playable without paying anything. If we ever reduce what is free, it does not apply to you retroactively — the app records the highest free allowance it has ever granted your installation and never reduces it, so a level that was free when you reached it stays free.
Terrazzo contains no advertising and collects no data about you. If that ever changes, the Privacy Policy is updated before the version that changes it ships, and you are asked in the app before any collection begins.
Photographs you import remain yours. Terrazzo keeps a square copy of each one on your device so that a board you started still opens if you later delete the original; that copy is never uploaded and we never see it. Boards in progress and the statistics the app keeps are likewise yours, and stay on your device. You are responsible for having the right to use any picture you import.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature. We will not remove content you have paid for without offering a reasonable remedy.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction — except where the law of your country or state of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
We may update these terms. We will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
